Advanced PDF setting

This is the window of Advacned PDF setting, it has three parts:

1. Page size setting

Set the page size of PDF file, orientation and margins. Click to see details at the page setting part.

2. Table of contents, bookmarks and cover

Set table of content, bookmarks (similar as content tree in CHM file), as well as cover. You can set PDF cover from html file and text.

3. Header and footer

Set PDF header and footer in many different styles.

4. PDF Properites

See PDF Porperties setting.

5. Load initial settings button is used to reset all the settings back to the default settings.
