How to add table of contents to PDF file

This is the window of Adding table of contents to PDF file. You can add table of contents to your pdf file by:

Selecting add table of contents, fill in title of the table of contents, or choose the title to be Table of contents.


Or change it to %Title of CHM%. %Title of CHM% means the title of CHM file you set in first page. See picture below.

If you choose %Title of CHM% to be the title of table of contents, the title words will be showed in the pdf table contents.
