Frame version
Frame version is recommended to create large online help documents as it offers
the most flexible features, just as whatever you can do with CHM files. However
the weak point is that framed pages are not very friendly to search engine.
No Frame version
No frame version can make no framed pages which are very friendly to search
engine, and can be indexed easily. However, it is only recommended for small
size of help document.
